What to Expect on a Service Visit

  • Initial diagnostic appointment. We inspect, test, and identify issues.
  • Common parts on the truck. If we have what’s needed, we’ll complete the repair during the visit.
  • If parts are required, we’ll provide a clear quote for the parts and additional labor before proceeding.
  • Safety first. We check venting, gas connections, gaskets, fans, and controls to ensure safe operation.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the initial service visit.

How to Prepare (Saves Time 👍)

  • Clear a 4–6 ft area around the unit; have pets secured.
  • Make sure we can access power, gas shutoff, and venting.
  • Have the manufacturer and model/serial number handy (often on a data plate inside the unit or behind the screen).
  • If possible, upload photos or a short video of the issue when you submit the form.

Service Policies (Summary)

  • Service calls are for general maintenance and diagnosis. We can’t guarantee a complete repair during the initial visit if special parts are required.
  • A separate quote will be offered for any parts and labor that go beyond the scope of maintenance and the initial service call.
  • We do not service disposable/box-store products (e.g., certain off-brand units purchased from big-box retailers).
  • If your unit is under manufacturer warranty, let us know before scheduling so we can advise on coverage and documentation.
