Kevin arrived on time and did more than just fix our fireplace problem. He educated us on what the problem was, how the switches work and what to do to keep our fireplace in good working order. In addition to the repair, he cleaned our gas logs and made sure the fireplace area was cleaned up when he left. I highly recommend Economy Fireplace if you need a reputable company for your fireplace needs.

Kevin serviced our fireplace. He was efficient and informative. He put our fireplace in when the home was built and it is nice to have that continuity with Exonomy Fireplace.

Owner's reply
Appreciate the kind words, Jeff. Kevin takes a lot of pride in that long-term relationship with customers, so it's good to know that continuity means something to you too.

Top notch service! Our fireplace stopped working so I had tried to fix it myself but no luck at all. Called Economy - Kevin and Eli came out and had this fireplace going in about 10 minutes!

Owner's reply
Thanks, Tyler. Sounds like Kevin and Eli were able to get to the bottom of it quickly. Glad the fireplace is back up and running for you.
