Just had our 30 year old Vermont Castings stove replaced with a new one. Economy was easy to work with and installers, Kevin and Zion did a great job. Very respectful of our home.

We drove up from Evansville, IN because Economy Fireplace had the fireplace insert we were interested in on display and the dealer in Evansville did not. Stephen was so helpful and informative. He was patient with answering our questions even though he knew we could not purchase the insert from him. He helped us make our decision. Thank you! The store has so many options on display. We felt the drive was worth it.

Would highly recommend them. They were on time, communicated well, cleaned their work area, and most importantly did a great job on our fireplace. We will use them for servicing and if ever need another fireplace would definitely use them again.

They showed us how to use our two gas fireplace’s in our new residence and made sure they were safe to operate. Economy did great with working us into their schedule during this busy time of year. Very satisfied and will use them again!

The people at Economy Fireplace, Inc. stand by their product and will follow up if there's a problem. When a windstorm blew out the pilot light of the White Mountain Hearth Multi-sided Burner that Economy Fireplace put in for us earlier this year, we were able to relight the pilot, but could not get the fireplace to work the way it had been working so well before. Although we were initially disappointed when we realized after several phone calls to the office over the course of a month and a half that our request for service had been placed at the bottom of a long list of service calls (when a simple return phone call might well have addressed the issue), we were finally able to get Stephen, one of the managers, on the phone and explain our problem in detail, and he immediately walked us through the procedure we needed to follow to put everything right again. Now every time we press the on-button on the remote, our Economy Fireplace springs to life and burns merrily. We're looking forward to our California family arriving in the next few weeks to be with us, when we'll be spending Christmas morning with them by the fireside, thanks to Economy Fireplace!
